We work on the basis that if we don’t have an item in stock, we will order it direct from the UK suppliers & distributors. We keep a limited range of products in store. If unfortunately we cannot get the product that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative option. Our policy is to contact you by email with the options available to you or to arrange a refund. Should we receive no response from you the customer within 48 hours of contact, we will issue a full refund. Any international orders will be immediately refunded.
We aim to process all items within 5 working days of your payment clearing.
