Let's introduce our

Cold Blooded Sports have worked with many many amazing teams and athletes over the last decade.

The Team here live and breathe Ice Sports, beginning our history many years ago in the good old Lagoon rink. We know how important this community is and we try our best to support it back the way.

By supporting our grass roots Hockey and Figure skaters, we do our bit to push Ice Sports to keep growing for future generations to come.

CBS are excited to announce our new partnership with SP Physiotherapy.

New for season 2020, CBS have teamed up with the Lanarkshire Lightning Junior Ice Hockey club for a fantastic new partnership supporting the local kids to play hockey. Based in North Lanarkshire's Time Capsule, they cover everything from Learn to play to Junior league hockey.

The club has a wealth of experienced coaches on hand to steer the new developing players to greatness, seeing them climb the ranks to making their dream signing a hopeful possibility.

CBS are excited to be able to work with and support the players and coaches at the club as we navigate our way through a strange 2020 season.

CBS Director, Steven said “the greater Glasgow area has lacked a full junior set-up and its brilliant to see what Martyn and the gang have done with the kids at the Time Capsule. If we can help in a small way with our support, we are more than happy to”.

CBS have always conveyed the need for more support for junior clubs and the lack of ice time for these club. Its great to see a solid club grow and strive as well as Lanarkshire have.

Keep up the good work guys!!

CBS have a long standing partnership with the local recreational team, the Glasgow Mustangs Ice Hockey Club, supporting them from the beginning.

Founded in September 2012, by a number of enthusiastic players who wanted to create a club that could become a force in the highly competitive and exciting Scottish Recreational Ice Hockey Conference.

Within days of announcing the new team, the available roster spots were filled and the founders voted upon the Mustangs name. This was not only a tribute to a team of yesteryear based in Glasgow but also to one of the greatest ice hockey movies of all time, Youngblood.

During the season, the team practices at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow and play games at The Galleon Centre in Kilmarnock.
If you are interested in ice hockey, fancy joining the team or want some more information, please contact them on our social media channels.

CBS are extremely happy to have partnered with our youngest Athlete on on the team... age 7, skating with Olympia Skate School in East Kilbride, Cara Conaboy is one to watch.

This little star gives 100% effort and hard work in everything she does.

She has been very upset through lockdown but has been doing her regular off ice exercise and practice sessions. Now back on the Ice and raring to go!
